Şartlar ve koşullar​

1. DEVİR KONUSU
Kişi’ye ilişkin tüm bilimsel içerikleri, verileri ve ilgili dokümanları bu PRİVACY POLİCY  ile birlikte ŞİRKETİMİZE imzalı olarak teslim etmiştir.

2. HAKLARIN DEVRİNE İLİŞKİN HÜKÜMLER
İşbu Sözleşme ile Devreden, yukarıda 1. madde de tanımlanan Haklar’ını süresiz ve kayıtsız şartsız münhasıran şirket’a devretmektedir. İşbu devir; bunlarla sınırlı olmamak kaydıyla, aşağıdakileri de içermektedir: 
•    Internet gibi sayısal yayın ortamlarında, temsil, çoğaltma ve yayma hakları;
•    Televizyon veya diğer görüntülü ve sesli her türlü elektronik ortamda temsil, çoğaltma ve yayma hakları, nihai kullanıcıya istenilen biçim ve koşullarda kullanma lisansı verme bu suretle çoğaltma, yayma ve temsil hakları
•    Umumi mahallerde temsil hakkı,;
•    Her türlü kablolu, kablosuz telefon iletişim sistemleri üzerinde temsil, çoğaltma, yayma hakları;
•    Her türlü analog veya sayısal uydu iletişim sistemleri üzerinde temsil, çoğaltma, yayma hakları;

3. UYUŞMAZLIKLARIN ÇÖZÜMÜ
İşbu Sözleşmenin mevcut olması, geçerliliği ve hitamı dâhil olmak üzere işbu Sözleşmeden veya işbu Sözleşme ile ilgili doğan tüm ihtilafların hallinde İstanbul Merkez Mahkeme ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir. Bu sözleşme hükümlerine Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mevzuatı uygulanacaktır.

4. GENEL HÜKÜMLER
İndirme Yasağı: Yararlanan kişi, bu PRİVACY POLİCY’den doğan sorumluluklardan dolayı kullandığı içeriği hiç kimse ile paylaşamaz.
Hakların Kurulması: Yararlanan kişi için, doğan herhangi bir hakkın süresi içinde kullanılmamış olması, o haktan feragat edildiği anlamına gelir.

الشروط و الأحكام في باب الشمس 

1- موضوع النقل:
 جميع المحتويات العلمية والبيانات والوثائق ذات الصلة المتعلقة بالشخص تم تسليمها إلى شركتنا موقعة بموجب سياسة الخصوصية هذه.

2- الأحكام المتعلقة بنقل الحقوق:

بموجب هذه الاتفاقية ، ينقل الناقل حقوقه المحددة في المادة 1 أعلاه ، إلى أجل غير مسمى ودون قيد أو شرط إلى الشركة. هذه الفترة؛ لا يجب التقيد فقط بما ذُكِر أعلاه بل وأيضاً ما يلي:

حقوق التمثيل والنسخ والنشر في بيئات البث الرقمي مثل الإنترنت.

حقوق التمثيل والنسخ والنشر في التلفزيون أو أي وسائط مرئية وسمعية أخرى ، وترخيص للمستخدم النهائي لاستخدامها بالشكل والشروط المطلوبة ، وبالتالي حقوق النسخ والنشر والتمثيل.

الحق في التمثيل في الأماكن العامة.

حقوق التمثيل والنسخ والنشر في جميع وسائل الهاتف اللاسلكية والغير لاسلكية.

حقوق التمثيل والنسخ والنشر في جميع أنواع أنظمة الأقمار الصناعية الرقمية أو التناظرية.

3- حل النزاعات:

يُسمح لمحكمة إسطنبول المركزية ومكاتب الإنفاذ بتسوية جميع النزاعات الناشئة عن هذه الاتفاقية أو المتعلقة بها ، بما في ذلك وجود هذه الاتفاقية وصلاحيتها وانتهائها. تسري تشريعات جمهورية تركيا على أحكام هذا العقد.

4- الأحكام العامة:
حظر التحميل: لا يمكن للمستفيد مشاركة المحتوى الذي يستخدمه مع أي شخص بسبب المسؤوليات الناشئة عن سياسة الخصوصية هذه.

تأسيس الحقوق: بالنسبة للمستفيد ، أن أي حق ناشئ لم يتم استخدامه خلال الفترة الخاصة به يعتبر أنه قد تم التنازل عن هذا الحق.

1. Transfer Subject:
All scientific content, data and relevant documents relating to the person, delivered to our company are signed under this Privacy Policy.

2. Provisions Relating to the transfer of rights:
Under this Agreement, the carrier transfers its rights specified in Article 1 above, indefinitely and unconditionally to the Company. In this period of time; Not only the above must be adhered to, but also the following:

Representation, copying and publication rights in digital broadcasting environments such as the Internet.

The rights of representation, copying and publishing in television or any other visual and audio media, and a license to the end user to use it in the form and conditions required, and thus to use the rights of copying, publishing and representation.

The right to representation in public.

Representation, copying and publishing rights in all wireless and non-wireless telephone media.

Representation, copying and publishing rights in all types of digital or analog satellite systems.

3. Conflict Resolution:
Istanbul Central Court and Enforcement Offices are allowed to settle all disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement, including the existence, validity and expiration of this Agreement. The legislation of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to the provisions of this contract. 
 

4. General Provisions:
Upload Ban: The recipient cannot share the content they use with anyone due to responsibilities arising from this Privacy Policy.

Establishment of Rights: For the recipient, any arising right that has not been used during its period shall be deemed to have been waived.
